We do not collect payment information through our services. We rely on third parties to process payments in connection with our services. Any information you provide to facilitate such a payment is subject to the third-party payment processor privacy policy, and we encourage you to review this policy before you provide any information to the payment processor.

We use the information we collect to

• provide, operate and maintain our application and services
• process transactions using payment gateway and send confirmations as receipts
• communicate with you, either directly or through our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates

• we never share any information with other users of our application

No refund will be granted once the payment is done

If a student makes fee payment twice by mistake, the amount either adjusted for next fee or refunded via the same source if submitted proper douments with proof to institute

Transaction fee & taxes charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction

You understand and accept that the jurisdiction for any disputes given by your institute

For every online fee payment you make, their is a payment gateway charges other than total fee amount, so we recommended you to carefully select payment option among available options so that you will be charge minimum.

Debit/Credit card charges are 1.1%, so if your fee amount is lesser than Rs. 3000 then this option is best and it may cost you in between Rs. 10-35 depending on total fee amount.

Debit+PIN charges are in between Rs. 30-40 fixed, so whatever will be the total fee amount, charges will not be more than Rs. 40, this option is preferrable when fee amount is greater than Rs. 3000

NetBanking charges are in between Rs. 8-20 fixed, so whatever will be the total fee amount, charges will not more than Rs. 20, this option is also preferrable when fee amount is greater than Rs. 3000

UPI charges are in between Rs. 8-10 fixed, so whatever will be the fee amount, charges will not more than Rs. 10

Choose as best option as convenient to you, if you have net-banking/UPI account go for it, otherwise debit/credit card is easy to use most preferrable option.

Do not close or refresh your browser window until your transaction is complete

Do not share your OTP (One Time Password), card no., passwords with anyone

Keep sms messages, fee receipts save in your mobile/system generated after successful transaction for future reference.

If you found system display's wrong fee amount, then don't continue, contact institute first

In case of transaction failure, first check whether amount is deducted from your bank account, if you are sure amount is not deducted then you can try again. If amount is deducted but fee is not submitted then don't pay fee online again, first contact institute with your all transaction details, institute will resolve your query at earliest within 2-4 working days. Avoid making double payments for the same student.

In case if amount is deducted from your bank account, but fee is not submitted due to transaction failure or any technical reason, and you raise complaint in bank, then we have no option to resolve your query from our end, it may take 2-4 month to get your money back, so it's always recommended to first contact institute rather than bank so that all your queries will be resolve at our end as soon as we can.

Online fee payment will never be refunded or transferrable in any case. There is no cancellation option for the end users after fee payment is made.

It is good practice to clear your browser history after transaction. Try to use up-to-date version of browser. Website is best viewable at google chrome browser.
